EKO is happy to announce that the training course in Portugal has been completed successfully. The training course comes in the framework of PRO(F)LITERACY implementation, united 20 youth workers from Portugal, Greece, Latvia, Estonia, and Italy. The training course was organized by the Portuguese organization PROACTING and took place in Porto, Portugal from 8 to 14 December 2023.
Through the training course, participants gained the opportunity to:
- Transfer of knowledge, experience, and practices of financial literacy among Youth Workers.
- Presentation of the PRO(F)LITERACY intervention program.
- Preparation of Local Sessions, including the co-production of guidelines for local and international work.
- Contribution to the continuous updating of the PRO(F)LITERACY 2.0 program.
- Development of economic-financial, entrepreneurial, and lifelong learning skills.
- Recognition and adoption of new practices, tools, methods, and methodologies for engaging with young people, particularly in financial literacy.
