Through group discussions, debates, and simulations, participants explored the motives behind the creation of disinformation, its psychological and social impact on EU citizens, and the role of social media and AI in spreading fake content. Hands-on sessions with digital tools allowed participants to practice identifying and debunking false information, while collaborative activities focused on creating two key resources: a practical “toolkit” and short educational videos to support wider community learning.
