October 2025 – September 2027Â
The project aims to enhance non-formal environmental education by scaling-up the EP method, integrating modern environmental concepts, and using digital tools to empower youth, youth workers, and organizations across the EU for a sustainable future; to boost local youth engagement in environmental initiatives and civic activism by expanding EP to various communities, building partners’ capacities for long-term impact; to create a strong EP network of organizations committed to the Eco-patrol concept.
– Scale up the Eco-patrol non-formal environmental education method by developing extended outputs (Manual, Eco-patrol platform), upgrading existing outputs (mobile eco-game educational applications), and targeting additional audiences (PO, youth workers and youth in 2 original, 3 additional countries and EU-wide through the network and platform).Â
– Integrate contemporary environmental concepts into the Eco-patrol method, ensuring its relevance and alignment with partners’ needs and current EU environmental priorities.
– Deepen the impact of digitalisation in youth non-formal environmental education by upscaling the content of the mobile eco-game and developing new digital educational usages of the existing game.
– Pilot the Eco-patrol method in additional communities, integrating innovative aspects and topics based on partners’ needs and lessons learned from previous project implementation.
– Multiply the project’s impact by building the capacity of youth workers, educators, and trainers at the national level, enabling them to effectively implement the Eco-patrol method.
– Mentoring real-time eco-actions during the piloting phase, providing youth workers, educators, trainers, and young people with hands-on experience in leading civic initiatives and making a visible impact in their communities.
– Transfer good practices and strengthen capacities among youth and environmental organisations by enhancing collaboration with existing partners and engaging upcoming strategic partners in the Eco-patrol network.Â
– Disseminate the Eco-patrol method widely by forming an Eco-patrol network, expanding the project website into an international platform, and adding contemporary environmental concepts, innovative educational tools, and dissemination channels.
– Enhance the visibility and outreach of the Eco-patrol method across the EU by using social media campaigns to engage a wider youth audience and promote project outcomes to a broader range of stakeholders across sectors.
– Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the replication of the Eco-patrol method, ensuring long-term impact by jointly planning the sustainability of project results.
