After months of collaboration, creativity, and dedicated work, the EcoPatrols project is entering an exciting new phase – the implementation of its educational activities.
Following the successful EcoPatrols Experts Meeting in Ohrid, North Macedonia, partners and experts worked closely together to co-develop a series of engaging, non-formal educational modules. These activities are now ready to be brought to life with young participants across Europe.
EcoPatrols is more than just a project – it is a hands-on learning experience designed to inspire action. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and creative exercises, participants will explore key environmental topics and develop the skills needed to become active changemakers.
The activities focus on pressing issues such as eco-anxiety and fast fashion, encouraging young people to reflect, express themselves, and find practical ways to contribute to a more sustainable future.
The EcoPatrols activities are specifically designed for young people aged 15 to 18, a crucial stage where awareness, values, and habits are being shaped.
Using non-formal education methods, the program creates a safe and engaging space where participants can:
– Build environmental awareness and knowledge
– Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Express their thoughts and emotions around climate-related issues
– Feel empowered to take action within their communities
By combining education with action, EcoPatrols aims to empower a new generation of environmentally conscious individuals. The implementation phase marks a key milestone in transforming ideas into real impact, both locally and at the European level.
