EKO is happy to announce that one more amazing training course has been completed successfully. The project NextGen Organisations: Navigating the Digital Era united participants from Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Malta. It was organised by the Polish organisation “FRRO”, and took place in Murzasichle, Poland, from 19 April to 26 April 2026.

Aims & Objectives of the project

The project aimed to strengthen the capacity of youth workers and youth organisations to adapt to the digital era by integrating innovative tools and methods into their daily practice. It focused on enhancing participants’ competences in areas such as AI in youth work, gamification, digital storytelling, and the use of remote collaboration tools to foster youth engagement, participation, and inclusion.

Additionally, the project supported the development of organisational skills, including social media management, digital impact measurement, and strategic growth, helping organisations become more resilient and future-oriented. Through international cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework, it also aimed to encourage networking, partnership-building, and the co-creation of innovative youth projects that respond to the evolving needs of young people in a digital society.

Workshops & Activities of the project

The seminar was based on non-formal education methods and included interactive workshops, virtual sessions, and experiential learning activities. Participants explored key topics such as AI in action, cyber-safety and well-being, inclusion in the digital space, and design thinking for youth projects through discussions, group work, and hands-on exercises.

Through collaborative activities, participants exchanged good practices, experimented with digital tools, and co-created ideas for future projects. The programme also supported networking, peer learning, and partnership-building, while sessions on evaluation and feedback helped participants reflect on their learning outcomes and define their individual development paths.

It is an amazing opportunity and a great experience for EKO’s team.
Ari & Joanna were the amazing Greek team members whom we want to thank for all their contributions and collaboration throughout the project!

As EKO, we are very grateful for that amazing opportunity given to the Greek team. We thank our Polish partner, FRRO, and the members of the hosting organisation for all their hard work and for creating such an impactful project!

Thank you – Ευχαριστούμε – Dziękuję !
