Workshops & Activities of the project

During the project, participants engaged in a variety of interactive workshops and activities designed to promote reflection, learning, and personal growth. Exercise and movement sessions were used to create discussions around well-being and holistic development. The workshops focused on key themes such as social inclusion and diversity, physical health and wellness, entrepreneurship, and youth leadership, while also encouraging participants to build impact-driven initiatives and support networks. To ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with project goals, three online preparatory meetings were held before the beginning of the project, allowing partners and participants to connect, coordinate, and prepare for the activities ahead.
