In February 2026, the EYES Erasmus+ partnership held its online meeting on 17 February, chaired by EKO Greece, focusing on participant recruitment, reporting obligations, and preparation of upcoming activities. EKO Greece confirmed its technical coordination role by providing host access, microphone management, and overall session support for the international discussions. Partners also confirmed the next partnership meeting (16 March 2026) and reinforced the importance of consistent dissemination and monthly reporting.

On 18 February 2026, the consortium successfully implemented the International Online Discussion on Work Experience & Career Guidance for Youth, facilitated by Karaman Youth Club Association. The session brought together young people from Spain, Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Ghana, Cameroon, Gabon, and Nigeria to explore barriers in accessing work experience, reflect on unpaid internships, analyze structural gaps in career guidance systems, and co-design an “ideal internship model.” Participants also debated whether networking functioned as a skill or a privilege and examined the role of mentorship in accelerating career paths.

February concluded with continued preparations for Train of Trainers – Part II and discussions on methodological improvements, including sharing materials in advance and dedicating live sessions to intercultural exchange. Language accessibility challenges were also reviewed, ensuring that inclusion remained central to the EYES project’s implementation.
