EYES Project – June 2026 Highlights
🌍 EYES Project – June 2026
In June 2026, the EYES Erasmus+ partnership continued its online activities and coordination efforts, chaired by ONG SIFOS, with a strong focus on intercultural dialogue, youth participation, and the preparation of future thematic sessions and project activities. Partners remained actively engaged in strengthening collaboration, ensuring smooth communication, and promoting inclusive participation across all countries involved in the project.
💼 On 12 June 2026, the consortium successfully implemented the International Online Discussion:Youth employment and education:Reality ,Roots and Reform, facilitated by AIESEC ALUMNI GHANA and organised within the framework of the EYES project.
Young people from Spain, Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Ghana, Cameroon, Gabon, and Nigeria explored the landscape of youth employment and education through interactive discussions, shared perspectives and experiences from their own local contexts, learned about the systemic roots and daily realities of the job market and schooling systems in different countries, and discovered innovative strategies, policy proposals, and the values of civic engagement, continuous learning, and cross-border collaboration connected to reforming the global future of work.
The session also highlighted systemic challenges in the job market, education-to-work mismatches, entrepreneurial pathways, skill development, and community values connected to economic empowerment. Through open dialogue and intercultural exchange, participants strengthened mutual understanding, promoted cultural diversity, and reinforced the sense of connection within the EYES community.
