EKO is happy to announce that one more amazing training course has been completed successfully. The project “Find your path” united 30 young participants from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Spain, Armenia, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Romania, and Slovenia. It was organized by the Hungarian organization Fire and took place in Pécsvárad, Hungary from 02 to 09 September 2024.
Aims & Objectives of the project
The aim of the training course “Find your Path” was to introduce youth workers to the concept of what it’s like to be an active citizen who can impact the world. The project aimed to help the participants find their path, to develop ideas and learn how to implement them.
More specifically the objectives were:
Workshops & Activities of the project
Through this project, participants had the opportunity to get better in some key competencies such as multilingual competence, personal, social and learning to learn competence. During the week, they worked with non-formal education methodology, energizers, team building activities etc. All team members developed different skills and competencies while acquiring new knowledge. They were able to develop skills such as a sense of initiative, creativity, teamwork, the ability to energize, practice languages, reflection and critical thinking and definitely lots of certain skills.
