We are thrilled to share that we recently hosted the very first Online Workshop of the Premieres of Diversity project! With over 35 participants joining us for a 90-minute session, the workshop proved to be an engaging and insightful experience for everyone involved.

During the workshop, participants were able to:

-> Explore the concept of diaspora and understand the dynamics of double absence versus the more empowering idea of double presence.

-> Discover cultural curiosities about Ethiopia, gaining a richer appreciation of its traditions and societal practices.

-> Get an overview of the project’s dynamics, learning what the upcoming months of the #premieresofdiversity initiative will bring.

We are excited to continue this journey and are already preparing for Workshop II, where participants will dive even deeper into the themes of cultural diversity and inclusion.
