The Kick-Off Meeting took place on the 19-20th of October 2022 in Lund, Sweden and hosted by the leading Swedish partner “IFAAL”. The meeting started with all the project partners going through the agenda points. Each person in the meeting had the opportunity to introduce her/himself and their organization briefly. 

During the Kick-Off Meeting, the partners of the leading organization proceeded with the project presentation to clarify the obligations and activities of each partner under the specific project.

Some of the main points that were discussed during the partners meeting concerned the following aspects:

• – Challenges/ Barriers of migrant women in the labour market
• – Competences and opportunities of educators working with the target group
• – Importance of Non-Formal education in professional development
• – Fostering Employability skills
• – Empowerment, inspiration, and fostering resilience, motivation, and support

• – The importance of local engagement / local volunteering to increase skills and build up a network

• – How to use the assessment methodology and tools
• – Methodologies that can be used and the objectives
