ΕΚΟ is happy to announce the successful implementation of the Multiplier Event under the “Step Up” project, held on April 25, 2024, at Novus City Hotel in Athens. 

The event presented the results of the Step Up project which is about to be completed by June 1, 2024. The Step Up project which started on May 31, 2022, is dedicated to empowering migrant women by providing them with a progressive array of skills. These skills encompass employability skills, cross-cutting competencies, communication skills, teamwork abilities, self-confidence, innovation, and a sustainability mindset. 

During our event, All project’s activities empowering migrant women were presented in detail:

• -The most important digital material for non-formal education activities
• -The manual for educators
• A guidebook for migrant women to enhance employability
• -The results of the pilot phase, testing 15 women in need for better employability skills. 

A vivid discussion on potential further actions followed the presentations.
