During the monthly EYES (Empowering Youth: Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange for Active Citizenship and Social Inclusion) follow-up meeting, held on 31 May 2025, representatives from each partner country met to assess main progress aspects of the project. During the meeting, various significant topics were covered, such as the progress updates from each partner, the current status of the platform development and the further elaboration of the training modules.

Attention has also been paid to the organisation of the first training of trainers (TTT) session, due in July, where partners are currently preparing it, focusing on developing content that is explicit and pedagogically sound. Furthermore, the team has been engaged in the standardisation of communication materials and the finalisation of monthly reporting tasks. The meeting’s general climate was cooperative and problem-solving oriented, stressing mutual accountability and making sure that all deliverables comply with the quality standards set by Erasmus+.
