During the monthly monitoring meeting of the EYES (Empowering Youth: Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange for Active Citizenship and Social Inclusion) project on July 4, 2025, partner representatives evaluated the progress of the project, received updates, and held a brainstorming session on the development of the platform, dissemination activities, and educational materials. The meeting also confirmed the importance of responsible use of artificial intelligence tools to guarantee original outcomes.

Preparations for the first training of trainers (TTT) session proceeded, with partners deciding on a 10-day asynchronous implementation method. A hybrid format was recommended to facilitate accessibility and internal participation. To tackle connectivity and involvement constraints, especially in African regions, flexible forms of participation were welcomed. The virtual exchange was postponed to September, and suggestions to transfer the monthly meetings to the first week were well received. New communication frameworks were set up, such as WhatsApp groups for each work package, to simplify coordination. The meeting stayed focused on working together and finding solutions, in line with Erasmus+ quality principles.
