Boosting coordination and promoting milestones: Updates on the EYES project for November 2025

In November 2025, the EYES consortium concentrated intensively on reactivating proper, harmonised and collaborative work between the partners. An ad hoc online consortium meeting took place to tackle communication issues, share expectations, and realign with the principles of partnership and mutual understanding of the Erasmus+ program. The partners openly reflected on recent challenges regarding internal communication, mutually accepted more explicit commitments in terms of regularity, methodology, and accountability, and established a fruitful, solution-oriented agenda for the upcoming period.

During this urgent meeting, the consortium also reflected on the first 10 months of the project, including focus groups, platform design, preparation of online training, and the first three online facilitated discussions. The partners discussed the use of templates and reporting tools, involvement in activities, and alignment with the initial GANTT. A brief review of TTF1 (Train-the-Trainers 1) was carried out, determining the conclusions drawn and areas for improvement for TTF2. Subsequently, a management schedule for the next six months was agreed upon, including rescheduling the 4th moderated online discussion for mid-December 2025, validating the topic concentrating on youth unemployment and education, strengthening the follow-up on participation and attendance, and considering alternatives for TTF2 in early 2026.

At the same time, the regular monthly meeting of partners in November (November 4, 2025) provided consistency in daily planning and implementation. The partners discussed past milestones, outreach and follow-up efforts. The meeting concluded with a recap of future tasks and deadlines for November-December 2025, key points and concerns at country level, and agreement on upcoming actions.

The next online facilitation meeting was held on November 11, 2025, under the theme of the project “Agritech and Innovation for Sustainable Communities”, underscoring the importance of agritech as a catalyst for social innovation and rural development, coordinated by Marco D’Angelo, CEO of BEECO, a pioneering technology hub whose main focus is sustainable and high-impact entrepreneurship in the food technology sector. During the session, participants examined the ways in which technology can boost rural economies, offer job opportunities and reestablish the well-being of local communities using innovation, sustainability and partnership. Significantly, the message conveyed was that agrotechnology is more than just technology—it is a route to people development, community empowerment and building a sustainable tomorrow where technology serves humanity rather than replacing it.

Last but not least, during November, a dissemination event was carried out, during which attendees were updated on the goals and outcomes of the EYES project. They were also given a presentation on the platform, introduced to its functions, and informed about how it helps them participate in the program.

In summary, November was a very important month for contemplation, reinvention and renewal of commitment within the EYES consortium, strengthening both the functional cohesion and the overall mission of the project to build stronger communities through innovation and teamwork.
