EKO Greece was pleased to participate in the final transnational partners meeting of the Erasmus + KA3 Project ‘VISYON’ on February 11-12, 2025, in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by our partner, FECE.
The meeting commenced with a brief overview of the agenda. Participant partners were updated on the latest steps in the project’s implementation, as well as the resolution of any outstanding issues. Main discussions included the challenges faced throughout the project, the coordination and management processes, the evaluation of results, and a comprehensive review of the sustainability plan. Strategies were also defined to strengthen the project’s impact and ensure its continuation through new proposals and partnerships.
A key topic of discussion was the importance of gathering all the necessary information on time to ensure the final report is well-organized. To facilitate this, clear deadlines were set for partners to submit the required documents. In the end of the meeting, a brie recap of the action items, deadlines, and final thoughts was provided, ensuring that all questions were properly answered and concerns addressed.
This meeting was part of the VISYON project, which strives to provide young Europeans with the tools and platform to discuss their needs, aspirations, challenges, and personal stories. The main goal is to foster a dynamic conversation on the effectiveness of current European polices in addressing the needs of youth and exploring ways to improve them. The project is grounded in the 11 European Youth Goals (EYG) and aims to support the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027) by focusing on its three key areas: Engage, Connect, and Empower.
On behalf of EKO’s team, we are proud to celebrate the successful implementation of the VISYON project and extend our sincere gratitude to all partners for their dedication and efforts in making this initiative impactful.
